As a DevOps Intern, you will gain insight into the Western Union, understanding our services to push our technology forward with respect to performance, and scalability. You will get the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across the business, with a focus on supporting our Software Development Team. This is a rare opportunity for someone with no previous Tech experience to get their first look-in to the corporate world.
While you may not have professional work experience, we are looking for you to bring the following general skills to the table:
Basic knowledge of AWS cloud and scripting but not mandatory.
Excellent written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
Energetic, Analytical with a passion to learn.
Must be currently enrolled as a fulltime student, ideally pursuing a Computer Science related field.
Ideally pursuing a degree in Engineering – Computer Science, Software Development, Coding, Programming, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field.
