Local IT Service Delivery Representative

Job Description

This position provides day to day support for hardware technology within the call center environment.

Responsibilities include:

· Prepare & Image PC’s for loan / shipment


· Managing intake of returned computer


· Tracking loaned computers


· Manage and fulfill equipment tickets via the IT ticketing system


· Interface with the Fedex vendor for shipping and billing


· Gathers, collects, and stores procedural and product information and documents


· Prepares various reports (fulfillment, correspondence, quality management)


· Formats standard letters for correspondence


· Uses appropriate tools to manage and report nonconformance in document control processes


· Cleans and sanitizes equipment prior to receiving and shipping out equipment.
