The role
The Executive Assistant will give significant level managerial help to the General Manager or more senior heads inside a Region. The position will likewise function as a feature of a group under the overall bearing of the Americas Corporate Services Manager and help them drive the conveyance of incorporated and customer centered corporate help across the district
Answering to the General Manager of the Americas, the Executive Assistant will:

Duties include:
Backing General Manager viably to convey the district's business arranging activities by:
- Overseeing and keeping up their timetables, arrangements and travel courses of action
- Dealing with their correspondences, including organizing gatherings and planning applicable documentation for those gatherings
- Accepting approaching calls and checking email correspondence
- Liaising and imparting as needed with senior Austrade supervisors and staff at all levels and heads of outer organizations, industry and government bodies
- Dealing with the progression of data and keep up suitable data the board frameworks
- Help with the compromise of their corporate cards
- Help with getting sorted out movement courses of action
- Co-operatively functioning as a feature of the district's corporate help group to convey proficient and successful administrations
- Guarantee predictable consistence with Austrade arrangements and methods, Delegations, the APS Act, and where pertinent; neighborhood work laws inside the district
- Set up and cultivate viable associations with partners, partners, and customers, including Department of Foreign Affairs (DFAT) and other joined organizations at Post
- Add to information creation inside Austrade, by receiving data works on, sharing information and data, and by accepting best practice and improvement openings
